This immersive experience focuses on technical excellence, elevated guest experience, and the business foundations needed to build a sustainable, long-term career behind the chair. Each Associate is paired with a dedicated Educator and works closely alongside them in real-time on the salon floor. This allows for consistent mentorship, intentional skill development, and daily coaching in a live salon environment. Much like our stylist level system, the Associate Program follows a performance-based, four-level structure. Each level is built around clearly defined skill sets and expectations, with focused training specific to that stage of growth. As Associates progress through the program, they receive corresponding increases in hourly pay and expanded responsibilities, with the opportunity to advance to the next level as benchmarks are met. Our commitment is simple: every Associate who completes the program transitions seamlessly into a Stylist role with the technical skill, confidence, and professionalism required to succeed in today’s industry.
