Hi, I’m Kenzie! I’m a hairstylist at Frequency Collective and currently part of the associate program, where I’m continuing to learn, grow, and build my confidence behind the chair. I graduated from Aveda Institute and have always loved how hair can completely transform the way someone feels.
I especially love creating dimensional foils, fashion shades, and bleach-and-tone transformations. I’m always excited to create something new, whether it’s a big color change or a simple refresh that makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
Outside of the salon, I’m a very outgoing and creative person who loves fashion, traveling, and spending time with the people I love. I’m passionate about making every guest feel comfortable, heard, and excited about their hair. I can’t wait to meet you and create something beautiful together!

Hi! I’m Emma, part of the Associate Program, and a total hair enthusiast. I specialize in highlights, color, and cuts—my ultimate trifecta. I thrive in the upbeat energy of the salon and love creating fresh looks while building real connections with my clients. There’s nothing better than helping someone feel confident and fabulous every single day!
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, catching live music, or out exploring new places and experiences. I’m always up for a little adventure—on and off the salon floor!

Hi, I’m Angela! I’m a Level 2 Stylist and Edmonds local who loves long haircutting, working with color, and meeting new people! I love creating dimensional, natural looks as well as fun, colorful transformations, and I’m always excited to help you find a look that feels like you. My goal is always to make sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome in my chair, and I can’t wait to chat with you (or just relax)!

Influenced by her world travels, Sarah has built her reputation with a keen eye for cultural uniqueness and beauty. She is a gifted teacher and stylist known for precision cutting and beyond amazing hair color. Continuous teaching, platform work and absorbing inspiration from the world around her keep Sarah fresh each season. Sarah makes a point to sincerely listen and understand her guests lifestyle and beauty goals.

With more than eight years behind the chair, Anastasia brings a sharp, precise approach to modern barbering. She trained in Los Angeles and Cleveland, was drawn to Washington by the rain and the mountains, and now brings that bi-coastal edge to Frequency Collective.
Anastasia specializes in undercuts, mohawks, and creative design lines: cuts with structure, attitude, and intention. She is currently pursuing a dual license to expand into color, with a vision for pairing bold pop color with barber-style cuts.
Music is close to her heart, so bring your favorite bands to the chair, and expect a conversation as good as the cut.
Available Thursday evenings, 4–9 PM.

You'll usually see me before anyone else when you come into Frequency Collective. I look after everything around your appointment: the welcome, your beverage order, and the feeling you leave with. I come from a marketing and creative background, so I pay close attention to atmosphere and how a space should feel the moment you walk in. My favorite part of this work is learning about our clients, and making first-time guests feel like they've been coming here for years.
